What happens after you send the form

Our Kyiv desk answers enquiries about the Budapest, Vienna, Prague and Krakow departures. Nothing is charged on this website at any point.

A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation from our office and a separate payment link. Until then your seats are held, not sold.

Reply time
Within 1 working day, Mon to Fri, 09:00 to 18:00 Kyiv time.
What we ask
Departure date, number of travellers, and the passport you will travel on.
What we send back
Seats open on that date, total price with mandatory fees, and the cancellation window.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website.
Minimum participants
If a departure falls below the minimum, you get a full refund or a free move to another date.

Send an enquiry about a departure

Tell us which departure block you are considering. We answer within one business day with seats open, the total price including mandatory fees, and the cancellation window.

No payment is taken on this website. An enquiry holds nothing until you confirm in writing.
