Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to services provided by deliciousfodres.com, LLC, EDRPOU 99569498, 45 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01034, Ukraine. It is governed by Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection" dated 12.05.1991, Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" dated 15.09.1995, and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 03.09.2015.

Cancellation by the Consumer

To cancel, email contact@deliciousfodres.com or call +380 676 516 1620. Deadlines and refunds: (a) 30+ days before start — full refund minus a 10% administrative fee; (b) 15–29 days — 50% refund; (c) 0–14 days — no refund. Mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 1023-XII prevail.

Cancellation by the Operator

We may cancel if the minimum group size is not met or for safety reasons. You will receive a full refund or a comparable alternative. We are not liable for indirect losses.

Weather & Force Majeure

Itineraries may change due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure. We will offer the closest possible alternative. No refund is due for changes made for your safety or beyond our control, unless required by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method. No payments are processed on this website. We do not collect card data here. Payment instructions are provided separately after booking confirmation.

Complaints & Consumer Rights

Send complaints to contact@deliciousfodres.com. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3959-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 25.04.2024. A Ukrainian-language version of this policy is available upon request per Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII dated 25.04.2019.
