2. Website use
Use the site lawfully. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
3. Booking enquiries and price
An enquiry is not a contract; a contract forms on our written confirmation. The total price includes all mandatory fees and taxes; any extra mandatory charge is disclosed before you confirm.
4. Minimum participants
Tours run subject to a minimum number of participants. If it is not met, we offer another date or a full refund.
5. Consumer rights and complaints
Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection" of 12.05.1991 you may complain to contact@deliciousfodres.com or to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3959-IX "On Personal Data Protection" of 25.04.2024 with your consent. You may access, correct, delete, or object. Non-essential cookies load only after consent.
7. Language and advertising
Ukrainian-language consumer information is available on request under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" of 25.04.2019. Advertising is identifiable and not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" of 03.07.1996.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss from site use. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
