- Do Ukrainian passport holders need a Schengen visa for this corridor?
- Yes, for the Budapest, Vienna and Prague legs. Once a booking is confirmed we issue an invitation letter and hotel confirmation within five working days. Consular fees are paid by the traveller and are never folded into the tour total.
- What is the group size cap?
- A single coach, capped at 26 travellers. Departures run with a minimum of 12. Two guides travel on every departure, which keeps the working ratio at roughly 1:13 and keeps city walks audible without headsets.
- How much walking is there per day, and what fitness level is needed?
- Expect 4 to 7 km of walking per day on cobbles and tram tracks, plus two optional stair climbs. Day-level walking distances sit in the itinerary table on the departures page, so you can read them against your own pace before booking.
- Which fees are mandatory and included in the total price?
- The mandatory-fees line always sits next to the price. City tax, entry to the monuments named in the itinerary, coach parking and guide gratuity are inside the total. Meals not listed on the day plan and personal insurance are the only extras.
- What happens if a departure does not reach the minimum number of participants?
- Minimum-participant operation is stated per departure. If we do not reach the number, you receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 banking days, or a free move to the next available date if you prefer.
- What is the cancellation window and how do refunds work?
- Cancellation is free up to 21 days before departure, 50% refundable between 20 and 8 days, and non-refundable under 7 days. Requests go in writing to contact@deliciousfodres.com and refunds return to the card or account used for payment.
