1. Travel and physical activity risks
Our tours may involve walking, hiking, climbing, water activities, long transfers and remote locations. Travel carries inherent risks — injury, illness, accident, extreme weather, altitude, road conditions, unpredictable events. These risks cannot be fully eliminated even with reasonable care.
2. Fitness and health
You must assess your own fitness, health and suitability for the itinerary. Some routes require good mobility, stamina or specific skills. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have limited mobility, consult a physician and tell us in advance. We may decline participation if safety would be unreasonably compromised.
3. Weather-dependent schedule changes
Itineraries are indicative. Weather, sea state, ground conditions, road closures, strikes or official restrictions may require changes, delays or cancellations. We may adjust routes, timings or activities for safety, and will inform you as soon as practicable, offering alternatives consistent with applicable law.
4. Safety instructions and conduct
Follow the reasonable instructions of guides and staff, wear recommended safety equipment, and respect local rules and other participants. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from an activity, without refund where required for safety.
5. Your responsibility
Assess your own suitability, disclose relevant medical information, and hold valid travel documents and insurance. We recommend travel and medical insurance covering your activities. You are responsible for your belongings and your own decisions during free time.
